‘Clean Up on Aisle 3’ is a live performance for three dancers that is inspired by simple household mops. It is an exploration of the structure and the different qualities that a mop holds and how that can be translated into the body and influenced in movement. The relationship between the body and this material object is challenged in this work, whether that relationship is how the body can be one with a mop or how the body can be manipulated by an object.
