When we taste food, we always expect a sense of freshness and naturalness as if we were unrestricted in nature, but on the other hand, we don’t want to give up the tidiness and uniformity of the product’s appearance. The experience of freedom and individuality that we seemingly obtained in nature is actually influenced by the industrial assembly line process that we experience in our daily work.
